OpenXML Filter: perform the minification of directly specified run properties in SpreadsheetML

This is a follow-up for issue #948.

The next properties of SpreadsheetML should be considered:

boolean:
b
condense
extend
i
outline
shadow
strike

none:
scheme
u

baseline:
vertAlign

The minification can be performed in the context of styles only but they have not been parsed as of yet.
