OkapiXLIFF2OkpToX2Converter.handleEvent() doesn't consider events of type START_SUBFILTER and END_SUBFILTER

Hi guys,

currently, the com.sap.gs.lxlab.lpx_conversion.core.okapi.util.xliff2.OkapiXLIFF2OkpToX2Converter#handleEvent method doesn’t consider subfilter events, in particular events of type START_SUBFILTER and END_SUBFILTER.

Would it be helpful to implement it for the future?
