Always start new run before adding the break

Word seems to always start a new run before the break element

In most cases it does not make a difference if we add the break in the middle of the run. This is also permitted by specification and can be seen in many code examples. Nevertheless this sometimes breaks the target document: After opening the document with Word we see strange characters after the break at the position of regular spaces. The text containing these strange characters can't be copied and parts of the text will be lost if we save the document again.
