Description
Working on Issue #929
Added support for the Google v3 advanced API by creating a new tikal connector.
Moved v2 and v3 connectors to the same directory to reuse code
Adding changes related to Batch Translate Feature
Modified UI files to display Google V3, created separate parameter classes for v2 and v3
Changed environment variable authentication to be done via additional parameter
Added extra maven dependencies
Support for user labels
