Rewrite alignCodeIds and copySrcCodeDataToMatchingTrgCodes algorithms to make them easier to understand.
remove duplicate code across framework and consolidate in new methods.
Break apart important logic into smaller static methods in TextFragmentUtils
Handle all use cases: TextUnitMerger, leverage, alignment, bilingual filters without tag id’s (PO).
