dataset QA (compare): versions missing in navigation

While individual datasets can be found via data stock dataset name, it is currently not possible to navigate to a specific version of a dataset. This should be added by inserting an additional set of drop-down components if multiple versions of a dataset exist, by default selecting the most recent one.
