No "Notify" button on board indexes, even though the relevant profile settings say to look there.
The button does appear on topics, though.

I think we voted against this due to sending to many emails?

Marked as On Hold. Was an issue with the mail server at the time so it was disabled. Now it may have been re-enabled, Need to check but seems trivial when you can subscribe to topics in general.
