Add new synonyms Dialog - column add is not always fully displayed

If an entity name with more than 10 characters is shown in the list, the add column is no longer (completely) displayed.

In addition:

• It makes no sense to sort by the add column.
• The star icon needs a tooltip (!) The association with magic is an insider In the angular / google universe, the star is used for saving (e.g. favorites). How about a magic wand or robot head?
