integrate filebrowser with wmd

Looks like the code to attack is around:

Either editing the image button there, or adding a new button (filemanager) should let us trigger a new function. The return of that function should be able to call the existing command.doLinkOrImage() function.

    So, basically, it looks like the tinymce/filebrowser integration simply thows a popup that shows images in the asset manager. Looks like you're expected to find the image you want, snag the url from the address bar in the popup and paste it into the actual rte's url field.

    Right now, I've got a button in place on the "add an image" prompt box that does just that. It throws a popup the to same exact view. It could use a little css for positioning, but I'll worry about that later. What I would like to address is the fact that there appear to be no styles to limit the width of the image in the preview. Seems like there should be some kind of limit there.
