Fix typos, indentation etc. (Editorial)

I have attached a patch file, which fixes or improves a couple different things.

• typos
• identation
• placement of ampersant in examples
• capitalization
• incorrect values in examples
• incorrect json
• removal of unused t-tag
• spacing between key and value in json object
• missing required param in example

example.com / example.net should be dealt carefully, as different domains are needed sometimes.

Messages examples should be indented slightly.

audience example in Basic spec is now "http://client.example.com" to be in line with use of "client.example.com" in the rest of the documents.
