Registration 2 - Entire Discovery section contains only a vacuous sentence

The entire contents of Section 2 (Discovery) of the Registration spec is the following sentence:

OpenID Connect uses the registration_endpoint from the Provider Configuration Response Sec 4.2 [OpenID.Discovery].

There is no actionable content in this sentence. It should either be enhanced to say that the endpoint is used for or deleted.

The intent at one time was to indicate how the registration endpoint was located by the client. I suspect we can loose that now. It isn't adding much.
