Registration - 3.2 / Messages - 4.2 Inconsistent x509_url_Encryption capitalization

In Registration it's {{{ x509_url_encryption }}}

and in Messages it's {{{ x509_url_Encryption }}}

Also, in registration, all the parameters are lower case, so shouldn't this be lower case also?

I also notice that the client registers {{{ _encryption_url }}}s while the server advertises {{{ _url_Encryption }}}s.
