Basic 2.1 & 2.1.2 - Claims requested by profile scope not defined

The spec doesn't say which specific claims should be returned when the profile scope value is used.

I propose that this set be: name, family_name, given_name, middle_name, nickname, profile, picture, website, gender, birthday, zoneinfo, locale, and updated_time.

This is all the claims except for user_id (which is requested by the openid scope), email and verified (which are requested by the email scope), address (which is requested by the address scope), and phone_number (which is requested by the phone scope).
