Minor typo in section 2.3 of Messages 1.0 - draft 08

§2.3 of Messages 1.0 - draft 08 has the sentence, "Clients MUST not send encrypted ID Token to the Check ID Endpoint."

Seems like it should say "Clients MUST not send an encrypted ID Token to the Check ID Endpoint." or "Clients MUST not send encrypted ID Tokens to the Check ID Endpoint."?
