2.4.2 UserInfo Response

Implementer's Draft OpenID Connect Basic Client 1.0 Section 2.4.2 (UserInfo Response) contains a couple of inconsistencies.

Examples of familyName#ja-* should use the member name family_name to align with those in the table.

Additionally, the Description of the picture member says "URL of the End-User's profile picture", while other similar URL ones (profile and website) don't have "the" after "URL of" - suggest they should.
