Registration - Track and profile OAuth2 Dynamic Client Registration

The OIDC registration protocol should track and profile the generic OAuth2 Dynamic Client Registration that is being developed by the OAuth2 Working Group in the IETF:

The working group agrees that we should participate in the development of the OAuth registration spec and that it would make sense to begin using it once it stabilizes, assuming of course that it ends up in a reasonable state.

We have an informative reference to it and are in sync, at present, but we are not tracking it, per se.
