Messages - 4.2 8. (ed) replace "must" with "MUST"

Change:

For other Signing algorithms, the Client must use the signing key provided in Discovery by the Issuer. The issuer must exactly match the value of the iss (issuer) Claim.

To:

For other Signing algorithms, the Client MUST use the signing key provided in Discovery by the Issuer. The issuer MUST exactly match the value of the iss (issuer) Claim.

Probably, it is a good idea to do another pass on MUST, SHOULD, MAY, etc.
