Although the intent is clear, openid.claimed_id is not defined.

It should instead say:

OpenID Identifier

Or maybe define OpenID 2.0 Identifier as OpenID Identifier, then always use OpenID 2.0 Identifier. That would be parallel to OpenID Connect Identifier and would remove any potential ambiguity.
