Migration - (ge) xri.net support of the Migration spec

If xri.net will not support it, then the question would be whether the i-brokers (fullxri and 1id) would be able to support it somehow - in which case, the prefix "xri.net" needs to be changed to something else.

3 registers now. i-name is called cloud-name. The main company behind it is Respect Network, trying to deploy XDI network. To do XDI, cloudnames are needed. Respect Network(US), 1id (AU), FullXRI (AT) are registrars. It is still the same XRI. There will be one change: "+" for business name, i.e., s/@/+/. Canonical name will stay the same.
Outcome: always use Canonical ID. Hope xri.net would support.
