Clairify text in Third Party Initiated Login
In http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0.html#ThirdPartyInitiatedLogin what is the sentence, "This login initiation endpoint can be a deep link at the RP, rather than a default landing page." supposed to mean?
I was recently talking about 3rd party initiated login with a developer and those words were the source of some confusion.
Is the intent to say that the user can end up at a deep link at the RP via starting at the login initiation endpoint and using the target_link_uri parameter? Or something along those lines? The login initiation endpoint itself isn't a deep link but the text in that sentence reads like it is.
Some clarification in errata might be helpful.

The intent was that the page can be one other than the default RP page. Mike will look at the text.
