Standard: Request Registration Endpoint text confusing

I found the text confusing especially around the concept of the Authorization Service storing the "request object" on behalf of the client.

Proposed text:

"An HTTPS Endpoint URL provided by the Authorization Server that enables the client to store a Request File at the AS and receive back a Request URI that uniquely identifies the registered Request File"
