Explain "remote peer" term

The term “remote peer“ appears in the specification for the first time in section 6.2. Trust Negotiation (OPTIONAL) without any definition. I think it means the RP that is self-signing the ES, but in some places it can be read to mean an entity that is a trust anchor to the RP? there is no concept of peer in odic. Perhaps it should be removed?

"Remote peer" in the given context can be replaced with 'another entity'. Basically meaning someone else but the entity for which the information is requested for.
