Section 4 - Use OIDC4VP Spec for VC/VPs
Comments from TL :
What do you think about adopting the same representation for credentials as (whatever we decide to use with) the OIDC 4 W3C Verifiable Credential Objects spec? If so, we could align the two drafts and focus OIDC 4 W3C Verifiable Credential Objects onto VPs or merge both specs. This would potentially allow wallet providers to use the same protocol to provide VPs and (bearer) VCs.

This should be a very outdated comment. “OIDC 4 W3C Verifiable Credential Objects spec“ is now called OIDC4VP (https://openid.bitbucket.io/connect/openid-connect-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0.html). OIDC4VP and CA should be aligned, but not merged as they have different scopes.
I think we were discussing that query language requesting specific type of credential should be similar across OIDC4VP and CA specs.

reporter This comment was separated out from #1268 for the obsolete pull request #34, mainly applying for the Credential Provider spec.

Since the CP is merged, the same comments would still apply.
