op_iss is not defined. Why is binding via uid / did not enough? Is the purpose of including identifier of IdA to prevent moving claims between IdAs/wallets before presenting to CCs?

In OIDC, sub value (and thus uid value) is scoped to iss, so just giving uid is not helpful.

BTW, this is the sentence where op_iss is being defined.
