The credential issuance draft does not currently provide guidance on the contents of the ID token, in particular the ‘sub’ value that is returned. The draft should add some language around that.

During the 3-Feb-22 SIOP Special Topic Call, we agreed that we should state that the "sub" is always about the End-User.
