How to determine SIOP support?

By looking at the Discovery document, a RP cannot determine if an OP is a SIOP or a “traditional” OP. I could also imagine an OP to support both “modes of operation”.

What comes to mind is the introduction of new values for subject_types_supported. Could be just self-issued.
