[RP-Initiated Logout] Align post_logout_redirect_uri with redirect_uri from OIDC Core to allow native apps

We received a request to support post-logout redirection to native app URIs. At present the post_logout_redirect_uri is geared towards web applications. My suggestion is to consider allowing native apps as well. This could be done by aligning the post_logout_redirect_uri spec with the one that Core and Registration have for redirect_uri.

Interestingly enough… is it considered to be possible for other endpoints, such as “end_session_endpoint” to use such some custom URL scheme say native app link for a SIOP?
