Spec name alignment to new suite name "OpenID for Verifiable Credentials"

After we have come to the conclusion to use “OpenID for Verifiable Credentials" as title of the suite of spec comprised of SIOP v2, OIDC4VPs, and OIDC4VCI, we should also align the spec names.

I proposed to keep SIOP v2 as is and rename OIDC4VPs to “OpenID for Verifiable Presentations” and OIDC4VCI to “OpenID for Verifiable Credential Issuance”. While omitting “Connect” in the issuance spec might be obvious since OIDC4VCIs is now based on OAuth, I think we should use the same pattern for consistency for OIDC4VPs, too. Also, there is ongoing discussion about enabling responses with vp_tokens only, which might result in the transformation of this spec to become based on OAuth, too.
