[Federation] client_registration_type -> client_registration_types_supported

client_registration_type in OP entity statement examples in Section 4.2, Section 6.2, A.2.1 and A.2.8 of OpenID Connect Federation 1.0 should be client_registration_types_supported, if my understanding is correct.
