So far the impression could be that the protocol can only be used with vp_token and code, however it could be used with device, CIBA and so on as well. Add clarification to the spec

There is already a following text in the overview section

Deployments can use any pre-existing OAuth grant type and response type in conjunction with this specifications to support those scenarios in the context of different deployment architectures. This specification also introduces a new OAuth response mode to support cross device scenarios initiated by the verifier (see {#response_mode_post}).

I do not think we need anything more.
