Standard - 5.2.1. Simply refer to 3.2.2 and 3.2.3 of Message

I think that we can drop this section and in 5.2 we can describe positive assertion like as in 3.2.2 of Message, and negative assertion like as in 3.2.3 of Messages.

Anyway, current revision of draft has no description about negative assertion for Token Refreshing.
