Joseph Heenan created an issue 2022-09-13

The example in 4.4 ( https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-native-sso-1_0.html#rfc.section.4.4 ) contains charset=utf-8 in the content-type. This is unnecessary as utf-8 is the default charset for application/json.

should also be removed too (as it has no defined meaning), as was done for other OIDC specs recently in https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/issues/1483/directive-pragma-no-cache
