Clean up Holder-Wallet-End User terminology

(applies to all openid4vc specs) before ID call, clean up Holder-Wallet-End User terminology.

I am pretty happy with below definitions

Holder An entity that receives Verifiable Credentials and has control over them to present them to the Verifiers as Verifiable Presentations.

and

Wallet An Entity used by the Holder to receive, store, present, and manage Verifiable Credentials and key material.

I don’t believe we need below end-user definition from errata in openid4vc specs
