The metadata policy refers only to entity metadata. In the federation's policy example (section 5.1.6) there is the "scope" claim that is mislinding. It should probably be removed.

FYI: OpenID Connect Dynamic Client Registration 1.0 does not define the scope client metadata, but RFC 7591 OAuth 2.0 Dynamic Client Registration Protocol defines it.

Well I’ve created the PR but I have to admit that Taka is right … the example refers to a OAuth2 client and not to an OIDC RP.
