This might be my English problem.

This last sentence:

"..... However, it renders no usefulness as long as the profile in use either RP authentication or assertion encryption. ....*

• Does profile mean protocol bindings like Basic or Standard ?
• Is "the profile in use" the subject of this sentence? What is the verb?

Replace with:

However, it renders no usefulness as long as the profile in use is either RP authentication or assertion encryption

Also, make sure "RP Authentication" is properly defined during Registration.
