_ formatting gone awry _

Issue #1776 resolved

Brian Campbell created an issue 2023-01-09

https://openid.net/specs/openid-4-verifiable-credential-issuance-1_0-10.html#section-3.5-8 has

“pre-authorizedcode obtained in step (1) is sent in the Token Request. This step is defined in (#tokenendpoint).”,

which clearly isn’t right and I suspect it due to the underscores being interpreted by the tool-chain differently than was intended. (there’s also ittalics but I can’t get the formatting right here so just click on the link)
