[Federation] draft-jones-oauth-resource-metadata in the reference
draft-jones-oauth-resource-metadata is cited in https://openid.bitbucket.io/connect/openid-connect-federation-1_0.html#section-4.7 but the reference section lacks of it

I hate to be a buzzkill here but is a reference to a half-decade expired individual draft really appropriate?
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-abr-twitter-reply-00 as my favorite reminder of how authoritative individual drafts are.

reporter Thank you for your warning Brian, the formal rigor on which you pay attention is an important lesson for me. However, going beyond the formal requirements and going to the contents, it amazes me how the content of this individual draft has not been evolved. In case I have no alternative to describe the resources required it would be necessary to resume this draft to carry it forward, Mike Is on it and that's good, however if you have any additional hints to help this issue please let us know

I bookmarked ABR's draft to watch the further development of this issue lol

Giuseppe plans to ask the OAuth working group to adopt draft-jones-oauth-resource-metadata, given that it’s been implemented in the Italian federations. I know that Dick Hardt also talked about a use case for it during IETF 115 in London.
