Add definition of `jwt_vp_json` in OID4VCI

OpenID4VP uses jwt_vp_json and says that it is defined in OID4VCI, but OID4VCI does not define it.

you’re right. the issue is not VCI, but references in VP. I think we should remove this text from OID4VP:

Valid format identifier values are defined in Annex E of [@!OpenID.VCI] and

because OID4VCI clearly does not need to define a format identifier for VPs
