delegation of Credential Presentation

In PR #500, we removed the following text that we had earlier because in the light of recent changes, it felt out of place where it was before and it felt that some more discussion was needed: “It is NOT RECOMMENDED for the Subject to delegate the presentation of the Credential to a third party.“

The question is whether we want any guidance in the specification around holders delegating presentation of the Credentials.
