I changed the status from "submitted" to "new". The standard query https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/issues?status=new&status=open doesn't show issues with status "submitted". This query does show them https://bitbucket.org/openid/connect/issues?status=new&status=open&status=submitted . It seems that we should look for "submitted" issues and manually change the status to "new".

We can also add relevant people to the repo explicitly which seems to avoid their issues getting caught in bitbucket's spam tagger.

(I presume this can be closed as it's not a real issue so doing so :) )
