OpenID4VCI doctype parameter definition incomplete

The Credential Issuer Metadata section https://openid.bitbucket.io/connect/openid-4-verifiable-credential-issuance-1_0.html#server_metadata_mso_mdoc defines doctype as:

doctype: REQUIRED. JSON string identifying the credential type.

The spec needs to also say what the known legal doctype values are and where to find them. Ideally this would be a reference to a registry or specification but at least the known values in use should be enumerated and a statement should be made about how to create new interoperable values. There's one example value org.iso.18013.5.1.mDL, which is close as the spec gets to providing this information.
