Duplicated paragraph in Credential Response section

This paragraph appears twice at https://openid.bitbucket.io/connect/openid-4-verifiable-credential-issuance-1_0.html#name-credential-response:

In other cases, the Credential Issuer MAY NOT be able to immediately issue a requested Credential and would want to send an transaction_id parameter to the Client to be used later to receive a Credential when it is ready. The HTTP status code is 202 in such a case.¶

The second occurrence should be deleted. (Yes, it also adds a reference for 202 to to RFC 2616, but that’s not needed and RFC 2616 is obsolete. It’s fine to just drop the reference.)

good catch. PR #546 - keeping the second ver because there was a request to have a reference to 202, if you have an alternative to rfc2616, please suggest.
