New issues not posted to the mail list

Per the current process, the discussion must happen in the mailing list, and to nominally comply with it, the issues are being sent to the openid-specs-ab@lists.openid.net list, but it is not being archived there right now. This message is to test what is happening.

The Bitbucket email was still set to moderated after the spam issues. I removed that flag last week sometime and issues now seem to be arriving on the email list.
I’m somewhat puzzled as to what happened to the new issue emails prior to that - they are not in the moderation queue and I have no idea why not.
