[OpenID4VP] Section "11.5. Response Mode direct_post" is not normative and should be moved to an Annex
Issue #1996
resolved
The section https://openid.bitbucket.io/connect/openid-4-verifiable-presentations-1_0.html#name-response-mode-direct_post-2 has a great value for the implementation guidance
however it doesn’t give any normative value for the specs because it gives insights about the internal API/Architecture of a Verifier implementation
For this reason I purpose to move it in an annex, since the internals API and parameters within the Verifier infrastructure should be taken out of the scopes of the specification, and then taken as non-normative

Editors put it intentionally in the implementation considerations section, and it is not normative intentionally. as you said it provides important guidance that we cannot risk not being read which may happen if we move it to the Annex. So i would strongly prefer keeping it in the implementation considerations.
