Duplicated (?) elements

The Evidence element contains the element attachments (5.1.1).

At the end of 5.1.1 it’s stated: “Depending on the evidence type additional elements are defined, as described in the following ..”

The Vouch element which is an evidence element contains the element attachment (5.1.1.3) beside the element attachments inherited from Evidence.

Seems like a bit of overkill.
