Inconsistent Trust Mark identifier names

The spec currently uses these names:

• trust_mark_owners
• trust_marks_owners
• trust_marks_issuers
• trust_mark_id

I believe that trust_mark_owners and trust_marks_owners refer to the same thing and therefore one of them needs to be changed to match the other. I would suggest choosing trust_mark_owners, since it is the more natural name in English.

trust_marks_issuers is likewise an unnatural name. When we’re fixing the first inconsistency we should also correct this to be trust_mark_issuers.
