[Federation] Resulting metadata wrong

The metadata reported as being the result of applying all the metadata policies in the appendix (shown in A.2.8) is wrong.

There are 3 extra parameters: 'claims_parameter_supported', 'require_request_uri_registration', 'request_uri_parameter_supported'

And one parameter (contacts) is missing one value ([e-mail]).
