Basic 3.3.1.1 TLS peer matches that of the Endpoint (Editorial)

Casper Biering created an issue

I suggest replacing

"verify that the TLS peer matches that of the Endpoint"

with something like

"verify that TLS/SSL server certificate matches that of the endpoint"

to better match the other specs.
