Example domain/host consistency

The patch applied in <<issue 219>> cleaned up references to client and server domains throughout the documents by placing all servers on "server.example.org" and clients on "client.example.org". It may be desirable to have all the clients be on "client.example.net" instead, but this should change universally across all documents.
