All specs - Extract change history and produce summaries for inclusion in specs

Please extract the bitbucket change history from all seven specs (including Session and Multiple Response Types) and mail to Mike.

Then please read through the change histories and produce a proposed summary for inclusion in the spec history sections. You should refer to the change history entries already present and merge those into your proposed summary.

When producing this, please ask yourself "will a developer care?". If so, then include a brief sentence describing the change. If not, omit a description of the change entirely. For instance, changes that just move content around are not worth mentioning. Please use complete sentences and correct grammar and spelling.

Please send your proposed summaries to the AB list when completed. Mike will incorporate them into the drafts after review.
